  We found Ian through Checkatrade and couldn't be more delighted with his work. He responded quickly to our initial enquiry, listened to requirements and made sensible and cost saving recommendations that we hadn't considered previously. He managed expectations from the outset with expected lead and installation times. He worked tremendously hard, treated our property with the utmost respect and left his work area clean and tidy every evening. His attention to detail and conscientiousness is superb. Did exactly what he said he would for the price he quoted. Will use again and we recommend.

  Bedroom furniture

  Ian has done a number of jobs for me recently - a bespoke wardrobe, desk and shelves/drawers. I was so pleased with the result he then made a large shelving unit in another room. His attention to detail is second to none and communication during the work is 100%. He is a clean and tidy worker and I have already booked him for a couple more jobs. I recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable joiner.

  Various joinery jobs

  I can highly recommend Ian. He completed a number of jobs for me, including laying laminate flooring, fitting skirting boards, architrave, a door casing and a new internal door. The work was completed to a very high standard, and Ian clearly takes pride in his work. Communication was great, and he was polite and friendly throughout. Would definitely hire Ian for any future joinery work required.

  Cabinet to contain freezer and fridge with added storage.

  Ian did a fantastic job. The cabinet is better than we anticipated. Really professional job. Ian is great to deal with, polite, punctual and very good at communicating. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing joinery work. He has done other work for us and I will definitely use him for work going forward.

  Bespoke bookcase

  Ian designed and installed a bespoke bookcase. The end result was just as I imagined. Ian is a very clean and tidy worker, extremely punctual and easy to communicate with. Ian is very trustworthy and i highly recommend him. Thankyou Ian for all your hard work!

  Ian’s communication was great from start to finish. He helped me keep costs down by offering alternatives to materials I had in mind. He’s also very considerate and thoughtful and managed expectations throughout. Would recommend!
