Job location: ST16The person came out to diagnose the gas leak issue and service our boiler quickly, unlike other companies I called. Found the gas leak and isolated it safely. Repaired the boiler and serviced it. Extremely excellent work on the gas pipe rerouting. Serviced gas fire. Very polite and knowledgeable. Explained what issues were and how to be repaired. I had a number of issues with my gas boiler which where mainly age related. Pawel from IHeating was courteous, explained what he was doing and tided up after himself. On both his visits to my house to complete the repairs, he was on time and worked hard all the time he was on the works. Great service from Pawel. Attended on a Sunday to fix my boiler not firing up when turning heating on. After investigation it was the thermostat downstairs at fault. I chose a new thermostat with Pawel who went out to purchase it and then came back to fit. Tidied up after himself and was polite, friendly and professional throughout.
