We had the benefit of IHD Architectural Services in the planning of our House Extension. Debbie and Simon were extremely friendly and helpful and provided prompt and excellent advice and were very professional. I would definitely recommend their services.

We've used IHD for two projects to date. A single storey extension, and garage conversion. In both cases, Simon and Debbie have taken care of all the design and planning aspects with minimal input needed from us. They simply take care of everything ensuring you have the correct designs and paper work to move you project forward with confidence. We wouldnt use anyone else..

IHD Architectural services were excellent. They was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided extensive advice on our plans and supported us through numerous iterations. Communications were excellent and comprehensive designs were delivered in a timely fashion. They also supported us through appeals to the planning office as well. Very reliable and competent architects providing an excelent and timely service.

Prompt reply to my initial request. Simon was, as expected very knowledgable and quickly got plans in place. Liaised directly with the Council saving me much hassle. Got plans approved with some tweaks so can’t complain at all. Price was reasonable, process fast and communication good. Would highly recommend this Company.

Company came to our house promptly and carried out a very professional survey and gave us expert help with our project. Office staff were very courteous and supplied us with all relevant information we requested. Nice to do business with.
