I am sorry you were unhappy. The job scope increased on-site, requiring new wiring for safety indoors and a new fused spur outdoors. All extra work and costs were explained to you and approved before I proceeded. The final amount was paid without issue, and I received no reply to my follow-up email asking if you were happy. I was not given the opportunity to address any problems before this review was posted. I am still willing to return to understand and resolve any specific concerns you have.
