Our old and dated bathroom was no longer fit for purpose and has now been replaced with a large shower, new wash handbasin and WC and completely retiled. The result is excellent. Igrand Ltd ensured great attention to detail not only in all the preparation work but also in the installation and clearing up at the end of each day. Every care was taken to liaise with us to ensure customer satisfaction. Work was started promptly each morning and tasks were not rushed. We can certainly recommend their work.

Igor (Igrand) was courteous, professional, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. He did an outstanding job reinstating the tiles that had to be removed so the plumber could repair the toilet, and the finished result was excellent. Igor is very professional and passionate about his work. I had a small tiling job which Igor quoted based on the photos I sent, but when he came to do the job there was more work than he thought which meant the job would run into another day. He explained in great detail what needed to be done and why, which meant it would cost a little more than the initial quote, but the end result was worth it. Because of the extra day needed Igor even re-arranged another job so that he could come the next day to finish. Igor was in no hurry to finish the job quickly, making sure he was just as happy with the work as we were. The tiling looks amazing and every credit to Igor. Needless to say Igor will be our first call should we need any kind on tiling work done in the future.
