Pleased with new boiler Will fitted my new LPG central heating boiler which I am really pleased with but I have only left four stars and the reason being the new boiler replaced a biomass wood chip boiler with a very tall external stainless steel flue. The quote that I had from Will included the removal of the vertical flue but unfortunately one piece ( the very top ) remains, also I should have had the first service done for free at the beginning of November 2025 but Will has chosen not to return, I have tried my best to resolve these issues over the last 14 months but to no avail.

Really quick response from Will and was able to see us the next day. Arrived when he said he would and was super friendly. Was able to fit and set up a new thermostat and within the hour we had our heating back. Really pleased and impressed with the service provided thank you!

1st class workmanship from start to finish would 100% recommend Will. Will definitely be using Will again in the future.
