  Boiler and filter replacement and full radiator system flush.

  Ignite responded immediately, identified the requirement for a replacement boiler and presented good options within a few hours. The same week the boiler was replaced and tested and the entire system flushed through. During the installation the damaged filter also had to be replaced. The entire project was handled very professionally and with very good communication throughout.

  New gas boiler fitted

  Excellent - Shaun replaced the boiler in my rented property before Christmas, and the whole process was seamless. Shaun and his staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, communication before the install was great (and I assume the cost was good as my landlord is 'careful' with his money). And to cap it all I texted Shaun today at 645pm as my system pressure had dropped, and he was on the case within 5 minutes!

  Gas safety certificate issued with efficiency and professionalism. To be fair there was a problem with timing, as the engineers were detained/delayed on a critical commercial job. Otherwise very satisfied

  Our boiler broke down leaving us with no heating or hot water. Shaun came out on the same day, and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is the most considerate, experienced and knowledgable heating engineer - he has done work for us at various properties over the last few years and has never let us down.
