I cannot recommend Richard highly enough. He arrived promptly as planned to service the boiler and managed to get all the radiators working properly. Amazing !!! An extremely personable and pleasant man who went over and above. I would certainly use Richard again and highly recommend him.

We required an engineer to assess the heating system in a house we were looking to buy. Richard was incredibly professional and communicative considering the fact that we don't live in the area. 10/10
