  Highly recommend ignite all trades Shaun reattached shower and tiled . Good experience he was, polite professional gave good advice. I would have to hesitation to use him again. Good price

  Poor communication and Aftercare.

  Replaced shower tray and wet wall but had to get another plumber in to check the work as a leak developed quite soon after and Shaun was unreachable ( travelling South America for 4 months). Work was conducted quickly but not to a very high standard and the next plumber advised me it would be safer to remove everything and start again. Called and texted numerous times, initially was promised an invoice which I kept being told was on the way but never materialised. Work conducted in February, used the shower for a week and noticed a substantial leak, didn't get a response until August. Poor.

  Apologies about this job and it’s not how I’ve ever worked but there was nothing I could do as I was out of the country, in another continent for 4 months. Thanks for this review on my page that will no doubt harm my business. Thanks again Shaun.

  Shaun Conway responded quickly and reassured me he could help with my broken cistern and gave me a realistic quote. He was on time and very helpful. He fixed my toilet and also helped me with a boiler valve issue and suggested other work worth doing. He was polite, friendly and I would highly recommend him. Seemed very experienced and capable. Toilet still flushing and filling so far!

  Reliable Plumer

  Shaun came to my rescue about 5 mins after I posted and we agreed he would come the next day to review, as it was a Saturday I wasn’t expecting that. He came when he said he would, texting 10 mins before he arrived. Assessed what was needed, not a lot as it turned out, and agreed a price on a new shower. He arrived on the Monday and within an hour the job was completed. I have no hesitation in recommending Shaun, he was on time, cleaned up and was reasonably priced.
