Mark was great! His communication was clear and he helped me with a lot of questions over WhatsApp before he even arrived! He replaced two taps and also fixed a leaking pipe for which he didn't charge. Highly recommend!

Mark was very helpful in fixing my leaking toilet. He had to find an unusual replacement part, which meant chasing it up with his suppliers, which he did persistently. As we waited for the part to come in, he gave me frequent updates. Communication and flexibility were great, and the actual repair was perfect.
