Spot on! The whole experience was really positive. Initial communications with the company (Izzy) were very fast, helpful, polite and friendly. Graham turned up exactly when he said, was polite, helpful and friendly throughout. He's done a great job, at a good price, and I will always turn to IGM before anyone else in future. Graham was great to work with, discussing various options on how best to complete the job and he completed the work to a great standard. Communication was handled by Izzy who kept in touch to arrange suitable times to work around our schedule. Contacted office and had reply by return that Graham could come out that day to look at job and quote. Quote received later that day ,I accepted quote and work completed all within 5 days, how about that for service !!!
