Good communication at the outset, punctual and arrived on time. Work looks good however was advised that repointing chimneys would solve damp issues internally which nearly 3 months on isn't the case. Price of work increased by over £1000 mid way due to findings which i accept, however perhaps a survey should have been done in advance to avoid surprises? Still awaiting guarantee for works to be shared despite chasing and no longer responding to communication

After a number of non-responsive and arrogant roofers, Isaac was such a breath of fresh air! Super-responsive and highly reliable, promptly followed up on everything he said needed doing. Initial assessment was done literally on the day of the first call with a high-tech drone survey. The job was completed within a week from then. Promptly answered all calls and messages and clearly outlined everything that needed to be done. Went above and beyond by coming out on a weekend when the roof was badly damaged by storm. I send Isaac warm thanks for his great work and highly recommend his services!

I called I fix roofing on the Friday of storm Eowyn when ridge tiles were blown off. Isaac came within a half hour to inspect the damage removing two ridge tiles still lying on the roof ready to fall off. Arranged a date to come back to put ridge tiles back on. Isaac and his partner have done an excellent job and price quoted was very fair. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again if any other roof repairs required.

A strap holding down our flashing was blown off in the recent storm and the flashing was loose. Isaac called me back promptly, arrived when he said he would, and did the job on the spot, for a fair price. Helpful, pleasant to deal with and a quality, quick job. Recommended

I spoke with Isaak about installing a dry ridge system on my roof,he came with his men when he said he would did the job he said he would,professionally and respectfully,kept me informed when required and left the area as they found it.Would definitely recommend and use in the future

Phoned "I Fix Roofing", explained I had some roof tile damage the morning following storm Eowyn, I was very surprised and pleased when Isaac said he could visit (slot me in between jobs) in around an hour (how lucky I thought). He arrived promptly and carried out the necessary repairs, checking over the whole roof for any other possible damage. As for what I was charged I wont say, but anyone would have been very, very pleased. Thank-you. I would recommend.
