Arranged to come out a week in advance to look at a leaking toilet; took a day off work and they just didn’t turn up on the day nor reply to my message asking if they were still coming until after the working day was over and they already hadn’t turned up. Pretty poor and unreliable.

Matthew was so friendly and helpful checked drain outside aswell, he also said he was surprised we didnt have issues a year ago with how blocked it was. Matthew was a gentleman
