  I had my consumer unit updated and an external socket install.

  I had a new fuse board and a out side socket installed by Ian. The quality of his work was brilliant and he was great with his communication. He was never pushy to get your work and understood my need to get a few quotes. I'd certainly recommend him.

  Had very old and outdated electrical board with no electricity to my upstairs and faulty plug socket

  Highly recommend and will definitely be using again! Reliable and excellent communication. I am a home owner for the first time and did not know where to start, I received a very speedy reply and quote initially and Ian repaired my faulty plug socket the same day! Ian then came back and replaced my electrical board entirely due to it being very outdated + with issues. Ian provided excellent quality service and explained everything to me, I will definitely rely on Ian for any electrical issues within my home in order the future. Thank you Ian

  Ceiling light fittings

  Electrical repairs and new consumer unit

  Ian responded to my advert and visited later that day to repair two faulty lights switches, a faulty socket and fit new spotlights in my bathroom after a previous electrician took one away and never returned to fit the new ones. As my consumer unit was rather dated and very untidy Ian advised that it was worth considering updating in the future if I wished to. I was happy with quote and arranged for Ian to come to out complete this today. All work was completed to a high standard and I would recommend Ian to others for a prompt, affordable service. Thank you!

  House rewire

  I went with Ian for a full house rewire, he was very punctual when it came to coming and giving a qoute, and gave a very good impression. Ian gave the best qoute and started the following Monday bang on when he said. Sadly, it seemed to go down hill from there. He only turned up for a few hours a day 10am to 2/3pm, which I feel lead to the job lasting a week and half rather than the previously qouted week. The quality of the work is varied, some of it is very good and other stuff is just very rushed and crap. All in all, Ian did the job, but the final quality is lacking.

  I am slightly confused with this review to be honest , I’m not sure where your stance on the working hours comes from when I was at your property until after 5/530 most days , but with you working away I can understand the confusion… I did quote you a week for the full works and finished on the following Tuesday but after the additional works and carried out for you that’s quite understandable. (An extra day) I am also very confused with your stance on some of the quality of works carried out as there is zero mention from you of anything that you were unhappy with at the time nor a week later but if there was then I would have happily popped back to rectify. Thank you for your review may you be more forthcoming with your next tradesman
