Excellent work replacing our small toilet’s window, job was carried out professionally and even though we has some manufacturing defects, replacement parts were ordered and installed with haste. Would use them again!

A very nice company; family members have also used them. I needed a new window and the process was friendly and efficient all the way through. On the day of installation the fitter arrived on time, got on with the job and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The window is perfect and I would definitely use them again.

I recently had Ideal Window Solutions fit four new window units in my brick-built conservatory, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless. The fitters were polite, tidy, and extremely efficient, completing the job to a very high standard with minimal disruption. They took great care to ensure everything was finished perfectly and left the area spotless when they were done. The new windows look fantastic and have made such a difference — both in appearance and insulation.
