Robert, Emil and all of their contractors are professional, approachable and excellent at their crafts. We are delighted with the works that Ideal Quality carried out at our home. Their attention to detail is second to none, often creating more work for themselves for a better final finish and look. Robert left our home immaculate when completing the works, so much so we didn't need to carry out a post-build clean before unpacking our boxes. We would definitely use Ideal Quality again for any future works and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Emil and Robert, both are very capable contractors and finished our job on time, used quality materials and provided a great finish to our project. They managed the project well, kept us up to date with issues that came up, and use quality materials.

These guys were fantastic. The job was a big one, requiring coordination with 3 sets of neighbours. Good communication was essential, and Robert, who was responsible for managing the project day to day was highly responsive and great to plan and discuss with. He listened to concerns, managed accordingly, and was a total pro on the job. When disaster struck (rain related!) he came in immediately and work though the weekend. No side access in our house, so everything through the hallway and kitchen. Robert made sure to keep things clean, and was considerate in our home. Highly recommend.

Robert and Emil are a great team. Not only they have a wealth of experience between them, they also have access to really good professionals, if your project requires them. They have also managed to restore our Victorian fireplace that was covered with at least twenty layers of paint! I have now used their services twice for full flat refurbs and I can vouch for the quality that they deliver. You certainly get what you pay for.
