  Tado V3 Smart Thermostat Instalation

  Ibrahim was an excellent contractor. I messaged Ideal Plumbing & Heating to fit a Tado V3 Smart Thermostat to my property. Ibrahim messaged me with a very competative quote and once accepted, turned up at the agreed time and completed the work as agreed. He came wearing a company sweater and wore plastic covers over his workboots whilst working inside the preperty. A Good sign of a tradesperson who takes pride in his workmanship! I was very pleased with his proffesionalism and would happily recommend Ideal Plumbing & Heating to others seeking a similar Tado Smart thermostat instalation!

  We are so happy that we went with Ibrahim to do a fairly big job on our central heating system. It was such a pleasure to have him around. Ibrahim’s work was of great quality, he acted with such care and showed great understanding of what would work best. We really appreciated how Ibrahim went the extra mile and made additional improvements which we didn’t even talk about. So, a strong recommendation from us :)

  Worcester Bosch Boiler Repair

  I had Ibrahim repair my mum's boiler. It had a similar fault from the past, but upon investigation, Ibrahim showed me the 2 parts that had clearly failed. He performed the repairs and the boiler has been rock solid since (nearly 1 year on). I'm writing this review because I contacted him after many months, and he was happy to help with a functionality of the boiler that I couldn't understand. Overall, Ibrahim is not only a great engineer, he is truly a very nice guy who cares to do a good job and treat his customers with courtesy and respect to you and your property. Very highly recommended.
