  A pleasure from start to finish. From the initial discussion and prompt quote to scheduling and execution it was a smooth and professional experience with good communication. The work was undertaken swiftly (4 days start to finish), competently and to a high standard, with minimal disruption to ourselves. The team worked diligently and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day; it was a pleasure to have them working here. We are very pleased with the end result, it all looks so much nicer now. Would recommend and will definitely consider for any future work.

  The quote was very reasonable (not cheap but also not crazy expensive) so we decided to go ahead. The work was undertaken swiftly (4 days start to finish), competently and to a high standard, with minimal disruption to ourselves. The team worked diligently and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day and it was a pleasure to have them working here. We are very pleased with the end result, it looks so much nicer now. Would definitely recommend and will consider for any future work.

  We could not be more pleased with Russell and his installation team. From beginning to end the whole experience couldn’t have gone better. We had our fascia’s, soffits, eaves and gutters replaced and the team were very professional, friendly and tidy (just make sure you have plenty of tea bags and biscuits ready). We would have no hesitation in recommending Ideal Home Improvements.

  The quality of the replacement roof material and soffits is far superior to the original ones. And very professionally done. I am therefore very happy with the result and equally impressed with a twenty year guarantee !

  Renovation of porch and surrounding fascia and guttering

  From start to finish the work was carried out meticulously with attention paid to detail. Nothing was rushed and in fact the team ended up doing additional work that was not obvious on the initial survey. We were not charged any extra. This is the second time we have used this company, and once again we are delighted with the excellent work done. In addition, it is good to see workmen who get on with their job and don't spend an inordinate amount of time on their phones!

  Soffits, Gutters and Cladding

  Russel responded to our request for a visit and we discussed a number of areas of our house that needed attention after 65 years. The quotation was clear and covered all of the areas we were concerned with. Separate prices for Soffits/Gutters and font cladding to replace old wooden boards. Ashley and Lucas arrived as agreed and worked hard to complete all of the work within the week. They had to adapt and extend in some areas but the price remained fixed. Skilled engineers who kept us up to date on progress and cleaned up after each day.
