Fantastic! He fixed our hot water and performed a power flush quickly and efficiently, and his communication throughout the whole process was excellent. He kept us updated, was clear about what needed to be done, and managed to fit us in for an appointment really quickly. Friendly, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend his services!
