Very happy with new front door fitted by Beau today. Arrived as arranged and work completed to a high standard, very pleasant and professional. Very tidy worker, took old door and frame away and swept up, Mum was very impressed. Beau was very kind and understanding of Mum's needs, showed Mum and talked her through how to put the key in the door and how to unlock it and how to lock the door by raising the handle and turning the key and then got Mum to show him how she could open and lock the door, a great experience and with Beau's kind, gentle manner, Mum didn't get overwhelmed, thank you 😊Verified reviewerJob location: CT14- NNick P

Really happy with the service from Ideal Glazing. Beau was fast to respond and also on time. Not only did he do exactly what he said he would do he also done a few extra bits to make sure no more leaks will come in and took a look at our front door without charging extra.
