  Had a great experience with Tom and his team. He came down as promised and sort the problem. He was very competitive with price and helped out where he could. Would highly recommend.

  Full house Silicone render

  Could not be more pleased with the service I received from Tom. From start to finish he did a great job, kept me up to date every step of the way and the outcome is brilliant. His attention to detail and the quality of his work is great and the left the job pristine. Overall a really positive experience and would recommend to anyone needing rendering done.

  Do not use! Liability to your property!!

  PROCEED WITH CAUTION! We contacted Ideal Exteriors for a rendering quotation and Tom was confident he was able to carry out the work and it would take 10days to complete. Our first mistake was agreeing for him to do the job. After paying an initial deposit, we were messed around. Work eventually started after 8 weeks, the messing around continued for a further 4 weeks before enough was enough. In that 4 weeks only 4 days work was completed to a low standard, damage caused to ours and neighboring properties, along with cutting corners, using materials from past jobs and trying to HIDE IT ALL!

  We were late in starting the job due to unforeseen problems on a previous job, however the customer was keep informed along the way and still wished us to proceed. When we did commence work, the weather took a turn for the worse with a few days of really bad rain which meant we were unable to do anything. I strongly disagree with the comments regarding cutting corners, damage, low standard. As can be seen from our other reviews, this is not how we work and we pride ourselves on getting it right. Regrettably the customer didn’t want us to continue so that we could prove this as we believe they got a cheaper quote elsewhere to complete the job. Thanks

  Render and Cladding

  Tom was very responsive and quick to provide us a quote unlike others who we had contacted. His prices are fair and reasonable. On advice from Tom, we have had our new front steps finished in a mosaic render which we have had people already complement us on. We also have had new cladding and this looks very modern. Tom was able to complete this work also for us. Some further rendering was also done on a front plinth and Tom has finished this with a nice stainless steel trim. He is very courteous and pleasant to deal with. We appreciate the work done.

  Absolutely love working with Tom, he’s reliable, helpful and does a fantastic job! We have Tom coming back for more work as we have been very impressed so far! Definitely recommend!
