After seeing Connor and Ideal Electrical Solutions Ltd regularly recommended on Facebook groups, I asked Connor to come out and move two light switches, as well as a socket. The job grew exponentially when Connor informed me that the fuse box needed to bring it up to code, and he made sure I understood the problem, and gave me a range of cost-effective solutions. He was friendly, communicative and finished the work to a very high standard. I would absolutely recommend Connor going forwards and would be happy to have work carried out by him and his team again.

Having removed a light fitting we had managed to cut the lights in half of the house, unable to make sense of the wiring we contacted Ideal electric. Job was completed quickly and efficiently and we are now all connected again.

I can't fault Connor, he came round to find faults on two socket circuits, giving me a rough estimate upfront but was clear it was difficult until he found the problem. He found the problems quickly and suggested the best options for us. One required putting in new wiring, and as part of this he put in a new outside socket, which he did very neatly and efficiently. I will definitely use again, very friendly guy and was trying to find the best and most cost effective options for us, keeping us informed throughout.

Very timely and efficient. Didn't have to wait long for an appointment and they worked around the business in the commercial area so it was not disrupted. Very comprehensive report given together with estimates for essential work. Excellent job - have booked them for the remedial works and for an EICR on another property.

I needed a fan light removed and changed back to a pendant light fixing. Connor was great, he got it sorted quickly, he even disposed of the fan light for me. Professional and friendly. If I need anything else electrical doing in the future, I won't hesitate to contact him again.
