  This is the third time Brad Barnes and his team have installed an air conditioning unit for me. I cannot fault their work or their dealings with me as a customer.Highy recommended.

  Can't fault our experience with Ideal Climate, from initial contact to installation the process was professional smooth and efficient. I will be back in contact for another unit upstairs and will recommend them to anyone looking for air con.

  What a relief

  From contacting Brad for a quotation to installation of the two AC units was an effortless experience. Brad visited site and walked me through the various options, and once I had decided on the option that suited me the installation was booked. Brad, George, and German arrived punctually and carried out the installation in two days never complaining about the difficult piping runs. On completion a full demonstration was given by George and the work areas were left spotless. I would highly recommend.

  A very well organised and professional company. From initial communication to quote and installation everything went like clockwork. Brad listened very carefully to our requirements and came up with the perfect solution. Brad and his team arrived exactly when expected, cleared up every day leaving nothing behind. Very happy.

  From survey to fitting air con system

  Really great experience. Response to email enquiry to a detailed survey and options/considerations was great. We booked in pretty quickly and the team were on site for two days. The workmen were considerate, efficient and worked hard. It was a pleasure to have them in the house. Job was completed on time and there was no mess or any issues at completion. Brad was flexible and helped me through the process with kindness and patience. Hightly reccomend
