  I was delighted with the quality of the work. The young painter was skilful, hardworking and polite. The company owner was efficient and had a good “can do” attitude. They will be back in the autumn to do a second job!g

  Great Workmanship, Fantastic Job and Very Pet‑Friendly Team

  We recently had ICS Property Services carry out repairs and painting at our home, including fixing cracks in the ceilings and walls and repainting all the woodwork. The team were punctual, polite and very considerate throughout. They worked efficiently, kept disruption to a minimum, and were wonderfully patient with our boisterous spaniel. The finish is excellent, and we’re very pleased with the results. Would happily recommend.

  Helpful, neat and excellent work

  ICS painted our kitchen / dining room, utility room and downstairs toilet including all prep work to the walls, ceilings and woodwork. They did a great job, super attention to detail and cleared up neatly at the end of each day and the job. Would definitely recommend.

  House Renovation

  We have just had ICS carry out extensive work in our home and from the moment we met with Brett we knew he would make sure our exacting standards would be met and time scales kept to which they did the standard of workmanship everyone of the guys were respectful friendly on time methodical and the standards were extremely high cannot rate them enough thanks again for all the hard work and producing above what we asked for.

  We had several different building companies visit to quote to refurbish our cabin. Brett’s quotation was by far much more detailed than any other quotation we received. Brett remained communicative throughout the process, explaining every step of the way as it went along. His team were Professional, polite, and their work was of a very high standard. They cleaned up every day before they left and it was a pleasure to work with Brett, and his team. I would recommend ICS property services to anybody looking for any type of house maintenance work, from small to large jobs. Thank you 🙏

  Good quality, good communication.

  ICS decorated our hallway and landing. There were a lot of issues they were presented with including sketchy carpentry and uneven walls, but they took great care to deliver a really high quality job. Good guys too, so very comfortable having them come and go from our home. 5/5.
