  ICS have just completed my internal decorating at my home which they carried out to an extremely high standard nothing was too much trouble Brett provided a quote and it was very reasonable and he stuck to it completely carried out the work in a timely manner Nathan and Cameron were very professional and understanding to my requests recommended without hesitation and I will be having them back for my next project.

  Complete flat refurbishments

  This is the 2nd complete flat refurbishment I have done with ICS Property Services. I have also used them on a part refurbishment on another flat. Brett and his team have been superb (hence why I have used them three times!). Reliable, professional and considerate to customer needs I could not have asked for more. Brett is always helpful and with great ideas to keep within budget. I trust him implicitly. Without hesitation I would endorse Brett and his team to others. Keep up the great work.

  Great attention to detail

  ICS have just completed refurbishing my exterior windows and decorated a couple of rooms internally great service from initial contact with Brett to completion of the work they were extremely professional & knowledgeable they always cleaned up at the end of each day and the finish was exceptional I would highly recommend ICS without hesitation

  External refurbishment

  Brett and his team have carried out another fantastic project for me this is the 4th or 5th time I’ve used ICS not just for decorating but they have done kitchen and bathroom installations for me Brett has a highly knowledgeable and skilful team behind him which are all a pleasure to have on my projects and Brett project manages all aspects of the work from sourcing products at best possible prices to liasing with his team and suppliers to make sure job runs on time really takes the pressure off the client I highly recommend using ICS for whatever project no materials how big or small

  Bedroom and ensuite renovation + hallway redecoration

  Brett and his team did a fantastic job to fully rip out, reconfigure and refit our upstairs bedroom and en-suite, as well as adding further eaves storage. Brett was also able to quickly arrange painting and decorating of the bedroom as well as our stairs & hallway (which we had initially planned to do ourselves!) which was finished to a high standard. Brett and his team were friendly, tidy, punctual and easy to communicate with and Brett always available & with helpful tips (e.g. re: paint!). Will have them back for further work & would happily recommend :)
