  Bedroom and ensuite renovation + hallway redecoration

  Brett and his team did a fantastic job to fully rip out, reconfigure and refit our upstairs bedroom and en-suite, as well as adding further eaves storage. Brett was also able to quickly arrange painting and decorating of the bedroom as well as our stairs & hallway (which we had initially planned to do ourselves!) which was finished to a high standard. Brett and his team were friendly, tidy, punctual and easy to communicate with and Brett always available & with helpful tips (e.g. re: paint!). Will have them back for further work & would happily recommend :)

  Complete decoration of 2 bedroom flat (except bathrooms)

  Contacted Brett at ICS after a recommendation from a work colleague. I thought the price was fair and Brett was happy to give his opinion on various options. The job was kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms and two hallways. Ceilings, walls and all woodwork, including 13 doors, were all painted. Nathan was the decorator, who worked hard for over two weeks. Considering how much dust is produced Nathan left the flat neat every evening. A lovely job, I would happily recommend and use ICS again, and have included a couple of photo's to show the quality of work

  Built-ins spray and wall painting

  We are very pleased with the work done by ICS. We had our bedroom painted and new mdf built-ins sprayed. We received a fast quote from Brett who was very thoughtful as to what was required and the best way to approach the work to minimise disruption, the quote was reasonable and they made themselves available within our timeline required. Nathan did a great job, working very hard each day and was a perfectionist to make sure that he was fully happy with the finish on each area. We will definitely be using the team again!

  Kitchen Renovation

  ICS Property Services were recommended to me by family member. Brett and the team renovated and updated our kitchen. He worked with us to get the design we wanted and managed the project throughout, including moving other tradespeople at short notice because of slow drying plaster (thanks to the cold weather!). The team were friendly and respectful of the house, and made sure that they left the kitchen in a state where we were able to continue to live in the property whilst the work was going on. I would definitely recommend and reach out to him again if we need further work done.

  Painting hallway stairs landing and kitchen all woodwork and doors

  Great work from Cameron very pleased with the result. Punctual, reliable and tidy worker. Great communication from Brett. This was a short notice job and the team did all they could do to get us in for Christmas! Will definitely use Brett and his team again.
