We liked Calin’s approach from the start. He saw the project and understood our vision, which was important, especially considering I am an Interior Designer. He gave us a timeline that was significantly shorter than other competitors, and he completed the works within the promised timeframe. Calin is competent, clear and straight-to-the-point. He and Izabella really take pride in what they do. I am grateful for their honesty, reliability and work ethics. The guys in the team were all professional and worked relentlessly. I am very happy with the result and 100% recommend IC Construct.

I cannot thank Calin and the team enough. I was very nervous about the new conservatory. Calin took care of the project. From start to finish. I've had plenty of works done before from other builders. Calin is the best. Him and his team are clean, informative, straight forward, hassell free and above all you get what you pay for.

We approached Callin and his team having been bitterly disappointed by our previous builders and their work. We were desperately looking for someone reliable and timely as given the delays with the previous builders / it reaching legal action stage it meant that we were about to become first time parents without a kitchen! Calin did a whole rear extension+renovation of ground floor in the promised 8 weeks, despite the delays with complex cranked steels. The last two weeks they worked until 9 pm to finish it all so we can move back in with our baby. We will be forever grateful.

Calin was very professional in our house renovation. This included applying masonaray paint to the front of the house removal of loose plaster in hallway and replaster followed by skiming. He used to arrive in time and cleaned the hallway after a day's work. The front of the house was kept tidy and completed the work in the given time. He is a cheerful and conscious person and I have no hesitation to recommend him.

I am very happy with the bathroom renovation done by Calin of I.C. Construct. The work involved removal of bath tub and all units and fitting it with shower unit with sliding door and covering the wall with PVC sheets. Calin did the complete job very professionally, looking into every minute details. He came regularly and completed the work in given time. He kept the place clean and tidy and removed all rubbish. Calin is polite and easy to talk to and would recommend him for the work.
