  Ian is a very skilled plasterer and a very easy going and professional person. His workmanship is excellent. He keeps you fully informed on his plan of work and does his upmost to ensure you get value for money. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to anyone who needs this trade.

  Ian Burgess plasterer, he turned up when we agreed he priced the job using photos of the areas where it was needed and kept to the original quote although there was a bit more work than originally planned. He was courteous (friendly) and his work met all my expectations. At the end of the job he did a very thorough clean up. Finally I was pleased that he explained what he was doing and why. Thank you Ian it was a pleasure to hire you and I will recommend to others.

  Ian did an excellent job replacing a broken ceiling and skimming over artex. He was friendly, professional and explained everything. He also gave us advice on another issue we had. We would not hesitate to recommend him and definitely will use him again.

  Ian was great, he arrived when he said he would both days, did a fantastic job plasterer boarding my ceiling and then plastering the whole room. Was polite, friendly and left no mess. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.

  What good looks like in a tradesperson

  Ian was a model professional - enthusiatic, courteous and reliable. He did a fantastic job repairing our broken render and applying and blending the Tyrolean finish. He was attentive to detail, pointing out where the existing render diverged from good practice and coming up with good solutions to cope with it. He really knows his stuff, and his workmanship and care was first class. A genuinely nice person to have around, we miss him!
