Ibra painted the full house and booked us in quickly. The work was below expectation. Patchy, edges weren’t cut in, light switches painted over, bits of paint on carpets, blinds, sofa, curtains, tiles. Ibra rectified some issues we mentioned by using damp sponge to clean sofa and blinds but wasn’t fully cleaned. Ibra tried to charge more money midway through the job as the shade of white bought was not the exact shade to the walls, even though the request was for a full house repaint including ceilings. Ibra pulled the fridge out to paint behind and the wire has been pulled out and is broken.

Regarding the paint color, the requested shade was used, and any slight variation may be due to lighting differences. As for the additional charges, these were discussed beforehand and were due to a change in the scope of work.
Concerning the fridge, there was no intention to cause any damage, and if an unintentional issue occurred, I am open to discussing possible solutions. My priority is always customer satisfaction, and I am happy to resolve any concerns
