Provisionally booked Ian few months in advance, then ordered the flat pack office cabin which is spread throughout the garden that cannot be used. Ian assured me he will turn up on three different occasions, on each occasion failed, didn't bother answer messages or phone calls, wasted my time and completely inconsiderate and unprofessional on how this impacts the customer he just didn't care. I will never bother with such people again.

I was initially happy with the work carried out but have since discovered several issues. Two out of three radiators are coming off the wall, paintwork is not tidy or finished, lots of sharp edges on the metal tile trims, plinths beneath the vanity units have come away and so on….

Have used Ian many times and is always reliable and willing to accommodate any changes along the way. Already have him scheduled to undertake more work later in the year

Ian was brilliant! He has replaced three bathrooms in my townhouse, including moving a wall to make my shower larger in the ensuite. He was so tidy and cleared up as he went along, making sure nothing was ever left out at the end of the day. He helped me with design ideas to get the best finish and was respectful and pleasant to have in the house. Best builder I have ever used and would only ever want to use him in the future.

Could not fault anything . Workmanship excellent. A pleasure to have working in my home. Always tidy up and nothing is too much trouble.I asked for several extras and Ian completed them to a high standard.

Ian installed our Wren kitchen last August and completed unplanned jobs. Again called to do a new roof and he has also completed some other trade jobs that needed doing due to his skill sets.Completly at ease with him my home and no extra job was too much trouble. Would recommend him for any Jobs, although you may have to wait as he is busy, as a good tradesperson should be, but worth the wait for a good job and peace of mind.
