  Isaac was excellent; highly recommended. All the things you should want he did. Quote fairly and promptly after talking me through alternatives. Answered messages quickly. Turned up on time and did very good work. No hesitation in recommending him and would definitely use again. He’s based in the Bexhill area but travelled an hour or so to us in Ashford. Top marks!

  Replacement gas boiler

  Our old gas boiler was found to be beyond economic repair. Isaac had attended promptly and produced a reasonable quote for replacement, the work then being done in a timely way. He and Luke worked efficiently and we were kept well informed of the necessary stages. We would certainly recommend IB Plumbing/Heating. Alex and Sheila Windsor- Bexhill

  We had a new boiler fitted and moved location and new radiators and thermostat fitted. Also a shower changed. The work was done quickly and efficiently in 2 days to a good standard. Very pleased with the results

  Clean, tidy, on time and in agreed price

  Issac and Luke were lovely, they cleaned up everyday and left things tidy overnight. Whenever there was an issue with items we had ordered for the bathroom they communicated well and always had suggestions on what we could do to fix it and keep to schedule & budget. Would recommend them and will come back to them for future work.

  Isaac and Luke have just completed work on our spare bathroom and we are delighted with the results, which included installation of a new vanity unit, WC and splashback. Professional and very likeable young men, they left our home clean and tidy, removing all debris and old hardware. We were very impressed by Isaac's excellent communication skills and by the speed from first contact to completion. The price was also reasonable. By chance, a leak developed in another WC while work was in progress and Isaac arranged for that to be speedily repaired. Thank you! Sent from Outlook for Android
