Prompt with quote and did what he said he would for the price he quoted. Came in the week he said he would. Could of done with being told an actual day but understand how busy he is and taking into account mine was a small repair. I wanted some guttering guards putting in to stop the birds congregating in spring and summer. The birds cause so much mess on my patio and patio furniture below that I am unable to sit out. Ian responded to my request immediately and arranged a date and time to come and look at the work I wanted doing. Ian also sealed a gap in the facia boards also. The job has now been completed successfully and I am more than happy with the outcome. The price was very very reasonable. **Due to having long COVID, I have taken a break for the past couple of years (hence my last review being back in 2021) but am now recovered and ready to get back to it!
I have now been trading for over 25 years, I have also been a proud member of the Federation of Master Builders since I started out.
I was the main contractor for a large company on their insurance side (ROK) for 10 years, till they went under with the recession. The work varied, from full roofs to minor repairs. The best part was finding leaks in roofs that others couldn't find. I also did insurance reports & photos.
90% of my work is through recommendations. I am only a small firm & I do not sub contract work out to other companies. All works are carried out by myself to a high standard & all works are guaranteed.
