Ian is a very friendly and professional tradesman. It was greatly appreciated that he provided a service for such a small job, when many were reluctant to show any interest at all, or charge a ridiculously high fee. In contrast Ian's fee represented excellent value for money.

Another excellent job - Ian (with Keith) fitted a new Gas Boiler. Ian had fitted my previous unit and carried out regular servicing. In addition, all the radiators were checked and a new portable thermostat installed. Before handing over he gave a thorough explanation of the work carried out and how to use the new thermostat. A thoroughly professional installation.

Ian was very friendly and efficient. He bled my radiators as well and explained how I could reduce the pressure if needed. He also gave me tips about what to do about the heating and water if I was going away. He’s booked in for an annual check up on my boiler and I am very relieved to have him to support me as the service was excellent. He was not the nearest person, but I wanted a small company and he proved I was right to go that way.

Ian Guy has been looking after my gas appliances for many years now,he is very thorough no mess and always on time.last year he was a life saver repaired a gas leak in my home was a big job and i wouldnt have anyone else do it.
