My central heating pump failed leaving me without central heating or hot water. Ian was very accommodating and arranged to visit to assess the extent of the problem. Talked me through the work that was required and gave me a price before starting the works. Came to undertake the works at the agreed date/time and undertook a very professional job and explained and kept me informed as the work progressed. Ian stayed and checked out that the central heating was working okay before leaving. Very pleased with the works undertaken. Very courteous and I would highly recommend Ian.

Annual boiler service. Ian was very quick to respond to my Checkatrade query, arrived on time, was very polite and professional and gave excellent information and guidance. Will be using him from now on!

Very happy with Ian and will be using him again. Boiler service and replacement thermostat/programmer for our central heating. Ian was responsive, we quickly arranged a time. He said he'd be there at 10:30, and at 10:30 on the dot the doorbell rang. I found the prices reasonable and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

As usual, every aspect of Ian’s service and work is faultless; to put it another way, we simply wouldn’t have anyone else look after our boiler and central heating system.
