  Polite, courteous and skilled

  We called Ian because the tank in the loft was leaking. Ian arrived thirty minutes earlier than he said he would. He immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it in less than a half hour. He was polite, courteous and gentlemanly throughout the visit and, if we ever have future plumbing problems, Ian is the man we will call.

  Excellent Emergency Response

  Ian was able to come out the same day to fix an emergency cistern issue. He was clear and upfront about the call-out charges, and once he'd collected the necessary parts, he completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely be keeping his details for any future plumbing work and would happily recommend him to others. Thank you.

  Outside tap replacement

  Ian came and did the job on Sunday afternoon. He got on with it as soon as he arrived, was a nice chap to chat with. The job was completed within the hour and was tidy, and now I have a none leaking tap. Recommend

  isolation valves fitted under sink

  needed 2 isolation valves fitted under the sink, Ian replied to the job in under 20 minutes and arrived 10 minutes after that and completed the job in an extremely short time frame and was very polite and efficient. Everything looks good so far but I'll update the review once the sinks been taken out, worktops been replaced and the new tap is fitted.

  Fixed shower unit

  He was able to come over the next day and help with my grandmas shower unit. He fixed it in a timely manner and have only good things to say about him.
