  Ian was reliable and communicated well leading up to coming and fitting a new kitchen mixer tap. He worked quickly with no problems and now we have a nice new shiny tap. I'd recommend.

  Ian got in touch minutes after the job was posted and arranged to come round within the hour. The job was a little more complicated than first thought (I mis-diagnosed the problem), but Ian was solutions-focused and had a new plan to resolve the issue and just one extra stop to make for the relevant part. Ian was polite and amiable throughout and his work was quick and efficient. Would use again for sure!

  Plumbers review.

  I found from the outset that Ian dealt with our enquiry with courtesy and speed. He presented himself at the agreed date and time which I much appreciated having been let down by other contractors. The task was dealt with with professionalism and a friendly outlook. I would not hesitate to recommend Ian to anyone searching for a plumber.

  Fixing leaky flush pipe on upstairs loo

  Ian provided a first rate service from the moment he engaged super promptly through Checkatrade to the completion of work the following day. To fix the problem, Ian first had to deconstruct someone else’s shoddy work to assess the issue, which he did without grumbling. Then he replaced the faulty part and reassembled the unit very quickly and tidily. Couldn’t ask for more and will definitely recommend to others. Thanks Ian!

  Very reliable and honest

  Ian came out and sorted out our major problem which was a leak from our hot water cylinder and our water pressure pump. Ian was very professional and even worked late one evening because the new cylinder he ordered was incorrect and he had to wait for another cylinder. I would say that I totally recommend that you should use him .
