  Very helpful, offering suggestions where necessary. A very detailed quote, so that we knew exactly what we were getting and the cost. Workmanship was excellent, with everything tidied away at the end of each day. Easy to talk to, if we had any questions or concerns. I would certainly use I and J Developments in the future.

  Back door replaced with Composite

  Ian replaced a badly fitting composite door on our new build property. He helped us with choosing the right design and completed all the ordering for us. The door arrived in good time and was fitted on the day agreed. All work carried out to the highest order and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend I&J Developments for any all house renovations, repairs or upgrades.

  Kitchen Refurbishment - plastering, electrics, flooring, plumbing and complete new kitchen fit

  We contacted Ian to undertake the work of stripping out our original kitchen & fitting a new one that we purchased. Once the old kitchen was cleared he fixed all issues inc building work knocking out concrete walls, replastering all walls & ceiling, levelling the floor with screed. Organising for all electrical work to be done, plumbing in a new radiator as the kitchen did not have one. All pipe work for washing machine & sink was moved & replaced. The new kitchen was then fit, flooring laid down, all fully sealed. Altogether an excellent display of workmanship from Ian, his son & electrian

  I had previously used this company to install cloakroom equipment. I had a problem in my main bathroom. Contacted the company by text and explained the job. The company fitted me in between jobs and completed the work that needed doing.

  Compact Laminate work top fitting

  Ian expertly cut,drain grooved and fitted compact laminate worktops to my kitchen. Ian did exactly what he said he would do in the time and price he quoted. Also Ian freely gave advice on joinery and plastering which he is also skilled in. Both Ian and his son worked well around me with plenty of friendly banter in the process. All in all a great couple of guys doing an excellent job. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
