  Kitchen sink and worktop replacement

  I contacted Ian about replacing a kitchen sink, worktop and under-sink cabinet. I received a quote promptly and he made some great suggestions about what would work best for my kitchen. When the parts arrived, he carried out the installation to a high standard and also sorted out a problem with the water isolation stopcock. Great job!

  Ian and his son have completely removed our kitchen including tiled floor and refitted. From plastering to plumbing, electrics and fitting a window, nothing was a problem and there was always a solution to any questions. Their attention to detail is very good. We would not hesitate to book them again and would highly recommend them for any works that you may need doing.

  Plastering & Stair Parts

  I have used I&J Developments previously for work in my home so Ian was the first person I called when I needed my lounge, hall, stairs and landing plastering and new staircase parts installing. I couldn’t recommend Ian and his son Aiden enough. They completed the work in a timely manner and to an exceptional standard. Ian is a great bloke and has a lot of experience and knowledge.   Ian installed our new kitchen and flooring, and the results are incredible. He's extremely knowledgeable and full of brilliant ideas, helping us envision a final product that was even better than we imagined. What truly sets him apart is his friendly demeanor and incredible skill—there wasn't a single challenge he couldn't handle and everything completed to a really high standard.   Composite door installation

  I contacted I&J developments to quote me for a composite front door I accepted there quote and within 3 weeks I had my new composite door They were very professional and left my house very tidy Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again Very happy customer
