Great communication and arrived on time. Provided us with clear guidance and advice as to the best way forwards which in this case suggested the air con unit was not worth repairing. Ross then removed the unit for us without charge.

Ross fitted an air conditioning unit in my clinic. I am a Clinical Canine Massage therapist and have found it difficult to continue to treat my clients during the hottest months of the year. We also took the opportunity of having another unit fitted in our bedroom which is south facing and gets very warm. I am extremely pleased with the units. They cool the room down within seconds and they look discreet and smart too. They were fitted quickly with very little mess. I’d fully recommend I & F Installations.
