Ian and team put in our dream kitchen and we're very happy 3 months on. Brilliant bunch of lads who worked hard to move one wall, take out another then put in a completely new kitchen. Whilst here they put down flooring across the whole of our downstairs and sorted out some very dubious plumbing we inherited with the house. Really friendly and came in on budget with all work costed in advance and laid out clearly. Ian made sure we knew what was happening at all times and was able to provide extra trades as and when needed. He also sorted planning and a surveyor to ensure it was all legal.

Ian and his team completed our dream outside balcony extension. They were professional and competent throughout the work and kept us informed on each step of the way. Neat and tidy work all the way and I would highly recommend Ian Brookes.

Ian and his team were great in what a 6 month end-to-end extension project, encompassing a comprehensive internal redesigns, a modern kitchen overhaul, downstairs toilet installation & bathroom redesign, and garden flagging. The work was done at a reasonable price to a high quality and they were very accommodating of the fact we had a young family (and a temperamental cockapoo..) and made it as stress-free as possible. Despite us adding additional work , or changing our mind about designs throughout, they were always flexible to help create our dream home - would definitely recommend!

Contacted Ian for a quote on a single story extension (utility and wet room), this was competitive and had a full breakdown. Ian attended every single day including weekends where needed, and the bad British winter did not impede him once. His workmanship is second to none, he matched and blended the brick work perfectly into the existing house. The utility and wet room were fitted to a very high standard and we have had nothing but praise from guests and visitors. I have already recommended Ian to several friends outside of Check a trade.
