  Crown Reduction and cutting back in home garden

  I am leaving this review simply because I only use people who have been recommended to me and I feel I should pass that forward. Jacks was recommended and I was thoroughly impressed with the team's work. And when I say team, they were a team. In fact, I had at least three of the team in my garden and probably the same in my neighbours. They worked quickly and efficiently and left the garden looking better than before. They also had to endure some verbal abuse from a grouchy neighbour behind us, and they did this calmly and with respect. I highly recommend them and will use them next year.

  Tree pruning

  This team were extremely professional. They first explained that they could prune the overhanging branches back to the boundary. They were quick, efficient and I would definitely recommend them.

  Excellent job done with pruning of mature oak trees, tree, hedge trimming & tidying of shrub

  Jack and the team did an excellent job pruning and reducing the crowns of 9 mature oak trees and tidying/trimming some hedges and overgrown shrubs, and cutting back brambles in our garden. They did that with great care and professionalism and offered good advice. We appreciate how they communicated with us throughout and their high standard of workmanship and skill. The team is reliable, considerate and very friendly. We can highly recommend I Am Lumberjack to anyone who needs work done to trees and hedges etc.

  Tree Felling and Stump Grinding

  This was a great experience Friendly, professional team, walked through the whole job first to double check what was required. Kept everything tidy and did a great clean up on completion. A minor misunderstanding from the original site visit and quote, was quickly resolved over the phone, with a call back within 15 minutes with a fix. Would 100% recommend Jack and his team!

  Two sycamores removed.

  I am a repeat customer, and as with last time, the team were very professional, courteous, tidy and appear to be a solid tram, working very well together. I was also very happy to hear that they weren't prepared to bend the rules and checked that the nests were empty/not used before getting to work and cutting the trees. When Jack says on the website that they love nature, it turns out that they really do. Including dogs and cats :) I will recommend I am lumberjack going forward and will definitely use their services again.
