  Ventilation system installed and loft insulation adjustment

  Craig and his team did amazing job on our roof. He came prior to the agreement to do an inspection of the roof/loft condition and came up with the best solution to sort out our loft condensation issues due to the lack of ventilation on our old roof. Price of the job was absolutely fair. They came on time and completed the job in the time scale frame given which was great! Our place was kept so clean due to the whole process that we couldn’t tell there is ongoing construction work in the house. Everything was well explained and photographed for us to see the difference. Very professional!

  Refelting tile roof.

  Hylands were recommended by a neighbour to replace felt on my tile roof. Hylands work safely; power company were required to update supply cable to house before work progressed (which was free). Scaffolding was arranged and installed fast / conveniently. Work completed over 3 days. Gutters and work area left clean and tidy. Good communication, good job.

  Excellent service from Craig and the team. Excellent communication from start to finish with clear and concise invoicing. Engaging staff and a special mention from my neighbour who also wanted to thank the team for their polite and friendly attitude. Clean and tidy afterwards with scaffolding removed in a timely fashion. Will definitely use again.

  Removal of old chimney

  The estimate was made promptly and was reasonably priced. It was a small job so was done at short notice. They arrived at 8 am and the work was completed by late morning. It was all explained as they did it and the result is very neat. They were polite and a pleasure to deal with.
