Excellent customer service from start to finish. As for the system, wish we had done this years ago!

Shopped around quite a bit for a water softener. Stumbled upon Hydroworks and after some research decided to go with them. Could not be more happier with this company. From the initial contact, installation and afterwards, Hydroworks made us feel confident that we made the right decision. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to all.

A very efficient service. Items delivered in a shorter time than was quoted. Been with them for over 2 years for salt resupply. Orders always dealt with poilitely and promptly.

The advice, subsequent ordering process, supply and installation we received were first rate. Everyone involved in the process at Hydroworks were friendly, helpful and efficient. The replacement of our old Harveys water softener with a up to date model was handled very well with clear explanations on specification, cost and operation of each model making our selection easy.

Our experience with Hydroworks was great. Prior to meeting Laurence from Hydroworks, we were engaging with Harvey directly, however what tilted the decision in favour of Hydroworks was the detailed explanation of the entire system and the nuances that Laurence covered during the meeting which was quite impressive. He is super knowledgeable. The installation at our place went quite smoothly and Ashley from Hydroworks was really professional with the setup. It was really nice to have him do the job at our place. Overall, we are very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hydroworks.
