The benefits of converting to softened water were explained in full. Any reservations I had were discussed in detail and explained,. The work to fit the softener was carried out to a high standard. Overall, entirely satisfied. Would recommend.

I needed a replacement water softener and was contacted by Hydroworks water softeners. I dealt with a gentleman named Mitch who gave me honest advice on what was needed. The engineer who came and installed the system was very professional and informative about the softener. I would highly recommend this company as totally professional and fair on price.

We decided on fitting a water softener, and on researching online found that Hydroworks came highly recommended from all the feedback so we booked for Laurence to come round. He was an absolute mine of information and answered every question we had thought of and many that we hadn't! We booked up and the work was completed shortly after, fitting a Harvey water softener outside under an insulated aluminium housing. We had a few problems getting the App to link up, but the Hydroworks team linked in with Harveys to quickly resolve the issue. We highly recommend Laurence and Hydroworks!

I've numerous problems with my water softener over the years. It hasn't been properly diagnosed and appropriately fixed in the past, so I have paid out much more money in repairs than I needed to have done. And then I found Laurence, owner and expert water softener engineer at Hydroworks. He was the first tradesman in this field I have met who really seemed to understand the machine and its problems. He did a very through examination, diagnosed the problem (Chlorine contamination) and proposed and costed a couple of options. He was able to fix the problem there and then. Very happy.

Hydroworks ware excellent, we were totally impressed from start to finish. Laurence knew all there was to know about water softeners, the different makes and the various models. He went through the whole process with us from which machine would suit us best to how and where it would be fitted. There was no hard sell which was nice too. On the day of installation Ash the engineer worked till it was finished (approx. 4 hours) keeping any disruption to a minimum, cleared up as he went along and checked we were happy before he left. He was very respectful of us and our home. 100% happy
