I hired a plumber for £90/hour; no call-out charge was discussed or agreed. He couldn't unblock my sink, charged £90, and advised I call a drainage company. The drainage company later successfully cleared the blockage, confirming the plumber should have been capable. This led to over £500 in unnecessary drainage costs. His work was clearly unsatisfactory, and I believe a full refund is due. Otherwise, I will have no option but to leave truthful, negative feedback, which I honestly don't want to do
