Contacted to fix a leak. The only company who bothered replying and did so promptly. Appointment made quickly and leak fixed. Was impressed by their care, skills and knowledge so got them back for a boiler issue that 3 other companies either didn’t want to or couldn’t fix. This company did! Really impressed by their honesty and guidance, interest in the work and explanations. Don’t hesitate to recommend. Jo has been fantastic.

We had a gas leak on the boiler with family visiting in 2 days! Hydroheat had an engineer out within 30 minutes, problem identified and fixed within the hour, well done Hydroheat, I would thoroughly recommend them.

Don't look any further - this company are amazing. This job was not straightforward and could have been costed considerably high without Adam's due diligence and guidance. The repair was carried out earlier because he was willing to reschedule his engineers. The engineer arrived promptly, worked efficiently and cleared the little amount of debris before leaving. I can't speak highly enough of this company's expertise, customer service and all round attitude - a breath of fresh air. Call them, you won't regret it.

Excellent service from start to finish! Jo carried out a thorough site inspection and recommended the best solution for our home. Andrew explained everything clearly and kept us informed throughout. We really appreciated the daily work summaries, which made the whole process transparent and stress-free. Jack, James and Harley were professional, hardworking and respectful, completing the installation to a very high standard.
