  Excellent service, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Respected our home by laying plastic sheets up the stairs and on the landing and cleaned up before leaving. Lady in the office also friendly, cheerful and chatty. Would definitely recommend Jack. Thank you so much.

  Boiler replacement

  First time needing a tradesperson for new home, couldn’t have picked a better person. Very professional and friendly, answered all my questions explaining everything with patience. Prior to replacement took steps to make sure my old boiler would function in the meantime, which was very appreciated in the winter! Also friendly with my dog. Happy to have found a service I know will deliver a great standard if anything else comes up. Also better pricing than I expected. Thank you HydraHeat.

  New heating system

  Jack was fantastic from start to finish. Simple explanation and straightforward quote. When we needed a new boiler he was there with a new boiler in three days and did a fantastic job. Can’t fault the work and a really sensible reliable guy

  From the very first message, Jack was professional and informative. I have been without heat for the last 2-3 weeks which has been quite distressing with 2 small children to consider. After a less than satisfactory experience with another company, I am so over the moon with the service I have received today. Jack came to the door with a smile, figured out the issue straight away and resolved it. I am truly thankful for him being able to squeeze me in between jobs today. 100% recommend Jack, I will absolutely call on you in the future. Thank you!
