    Level 3 Survey to Victorian Property

    I instructed Allan to carry out a level 3 Survey in relation to a victorian flat. From the first call to HFWJ the whole team were helpful and very quick to respond to e-mails and calls. When it came to the producing the report, his dilligence was brilliant and he provided a thorough and considered review of the property. The report was provided within the time frame and he very kindly took the time to answer my follow up queries on the telephone. I would definitely appoint him again for future work.

    Thorough and proactive

    Allan carried out a level 2 search on the property. He was proactive booking it in and carried out a thorough check and provided a detailed report. Was more than happy to answer questions after the survey too.

    Best Survey Experience for a First-Time Buyer

    As a first time buyer I am absolutely clueless most of the time during this process. Working with Huthwaite Freston Williams-Jones Limited is the first time that I've had everything explained to me in great, but most importantly, comprehensible detail, free from jargon and acronyms. HFWJ were incredibly quick to get back to me with a comprehensive desktop research study and their prices were the most competitive. Upon signing with them, they booked in a very speedy survey date and the report came through on time. I honestly can't recommend them enough!
