Disconection of gas fires

Glen has done an excellent job for us in disconnecting a couple of gas fires & capping off. He is very professional in his approach & very friendly. This is the first time that we have used Glen, but will have no hesitation in getting him to do other jobs for us.

Call Glenn first!

Glenn came to the rescue at very short notice when our vaillant boiler failed and we had guests staying but no hot water. He came round within a couple of hours of phoning, identified the problem quickly, sourced and collected replacement part, and fixed the boiler with consummate professionalism (and having to work in very tight space without complaint). Having finished, he then offered to service the boiler there and then (which needed doing). Glenn could not have been kinder, more reassuring, and more helpful. We will call Glenn first in future and tell our friends to do the same.
