Although parts issues delayed the initial start, Rick was professional, waived the first visit charge, and provided a fair revised quote Despite logistical hurdles beyond his control, he kept me updated constantly and arrived exactly when promised to finish the job. The workmanship is excellent, but his communication and value for money truly stand out It was a bit of a punt contacting Rick, but I’m delighted I did. Highly recommended

Rick was excellent. He was quick to call us and set an appointment date. He came on time and fixed the issue of the blocked bathroom pipes we had. We’ve had no problems since. Very likeable guy. Saved his number to use again.
