I highly recommend Huseyin, it was great experience working from quote to the finished product. The team were excellent - polite, friendly, efficient and we were kept up to date with photos every day. Huseyin is very knowledgeable and explained to us the various options in layman's terms. Work covered everything from maintenance of a main pitched roof, installation of a warm flat room and velux window, repointing and chimney work, lead work and maintenance of another existing flat roof. They were very tidy, even covering their shoes every time they entered the house.

Huseyin has done work for me on a few occasions now and I am always very satisfied with the results. He takes the time to understand what the problem is and always completes the work to a high standard. He has carried out extensive repairs to my roof and he recently installed a gutter and made repairs to the wall where water was coming inside. He also went above and beyond to source a glass pane for a small window in the roof that was cracked. He is very professional, polite, arrives on time and always cleans up afterwards. I highly recommend him.

Huseyin replaced my roof and carried out other remedial work on the exterior of the property with excellent results; nothing was too much trouble for him. The job was completed on time and within budget and I was kept fully informed of progress throughout. Since then, Huseyin has carried out roof repairs for other members of my family with similar results. We had a rainwater leak in our dormer roof and after looking at various reviews we called 3 roofers and shortlisted Husein Ozturk based on good reviews. After inspection, he explained to us in detail the root problem and he solution to it. He even made a temporary quick fix without charging us so the leak would stop. Then based on an agreed quote and schedule he completely rebuilt our roof and explained to us at each stage with photos of the progress. This is the second time we have used Huseyin and his team. This time was for flat roof repairs and refurbishment, the previous time for pitched roof and chimney repairs.
