Dan responded immediately to my request for bed bug treatment and attended my home within 24 hours. He undertook a thorough assessment and treatment, which he explained clearly. After one treatment, the bugs were gone. I highly recommend his service, which is delivered efficiently and with compassion.

I reported at midnight that I had spotted a mouse in my kitchen. Dan very quickly responded to my query and visited my property by 1pm that day to carry out proofing. During Dan's visit, he communicated very clearly the entry points and what he will do to prevent it. Before leaving, Dan made me feel reassured and gave me very useful information. absolutely perfect, he located everything, thoroughly checked all the holes, even explained a few options. As a person who works in construction, he is by far one of the only Pest contractors I've seen in a long time who uses fire rated equipment, concrete filling, and proper pest proofing materials. He doesn't skimp out either, which the previous two did. He took his time and made sure everything was done properly. Absolutely worth it and someone who knows his stuff and does just come in to cheat you, chuck poison and traps and spray expanded foam all over and walks out.

My flat had an early bed bug infestation recently. He is very professional, explained the treatment thoroughly and answers all the technical questions and worries I have (and also super friendly!). He also gave us suggestions on next steps, such as washing everything at high temperature, mattress encasements. He sent a complete report on the findings on email, which is useful for documentation and landlord notice. After the initial treatment, I haven’t got any more bites which shows the treatment is very effective. He’s easy to be contacted and replies quick. Overall very satisfied. Thankyou!

Dan was very professional and helpful always. He helped me everytime i dropped a text to him and he was very kind and understanding. The service was done multiple times, everytime I requested for the next treatment he was ways very responsive, and even when I was just worried he took his time to come and check everything was alright.
