Scott replaced our boiler also moved it into an adjacent room, which involved some tricky pipework. Really happy with the quality of the work. All done on time and to budget. The engineer was friendly, polite and efficient, checking in with us on details and snags and how we wanted them dealt with. Would fully recommend

Absolutely brilliant company - they replaced two old radiators with some beautiful new column radiators. Quality of the work was brilliant - they had to lift some floorboards to move the piping around and you’d never know it had even been done! Friendly, quick response times and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using again.

Scott was incredibly generous with his time, talking us through all options for our boiler relocation and installation. He was very responsive and knowledgable. Scott and his team replaced our boiler and the service was excellent from start to finish. He came to the house, gave us a good quote compared to others and also outlined any potential risks involved should anything change once they started the work - such as potentially having to move piping or electrics. The actual work itself was done professionally and with no mess. I was worried about the potential hassle of a new boiler but I shouldn't have been because Scott, Sam and the team were brilliant.

Quick response from Scott and able to book in for a boiler service within a couple of days. Billy arrived on time, was really thorough, friendly and knowledgeable (picking up on something a previous engineer from another company had missed). Fair prices. Brilliant service. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a new boiler fitted in February following on from an issue with no hot water. It was completed in a matter of days after the first call and I’ll be using Scott & Billy for our service each year too. We then needed an outside water pipe fixed so called on their services again in May - this was dealt with in a couple of hours of phoning which was amazing!
