We recently had Jack upgrade both our bathroom lights and install a brand new extractor fan, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the result. From the very first interaction on Checkatrade, Jack was the complete professional—prompt, courteous, and clear in his communication. The lighting looks fantastic and the new fan is powerful yet quiet—just what we needed. What really impressed us was the attention to detail.

I recently had Jack over to quote and complete a range of electrical jobs around my home. He re-wired several sockets, updated the lighting in my lounge to something more modern, and installed new lighting with a sensor at the back door to cover the garden area at night. Jack’s attention to detail was outstanding—he was prompt, polite, and thoroughly professional throughout. This is actually the second time I’ve had Jack help me, first at my previous home in Bedfordshire and now again at my current home in Hertfordshire.
