From our first meeting, Charlie understood our requirements, talked us through the options so that we were confident that we were all on the same page and then kept us updated as the project developed. The final result was just as we had envisaged and we're delighted. Throughout the works, Charlie was unfailingly punctual, professional and friendly. The pride he takes in his work is obvious and he left everything spotlessly clean when he finished. We can't recommend Charlie highly enough.
