Chris was excellent. Quickly assesses the situation, makes recommendations and efficiently undertakes the work. He is extremely reliable, honest and diligent. And the biggest surprise of all was the bill - I had expected a larger bill given the emergency call-out - it was a lot less than I thought it would be!
